Trauma

The effects of traumatic experiences can be profound and often devastating - impacting every aspect of a person’s life. If you are a victim of violence, have occupational trauma & stress, or have witnessed tragedy and find yourself struggling - please reach out. There is help available.

Treatment modalities are evidence-based and approved by the American Psychological Association (APA) for the treatment of PTSD and complex trauma (TFCBT, CPT, EMDR). Depending on the needs of the individual, other evidence-based treatment models may be integrated into treatment as well.
