About Me

I’ve always had a strong desire to help others in meaningful ways. Over the years, this passion has grown and evolved into a dedicated commitment to supporting people through the perspective of a Clinical Psychologist.

I realized that my true path toward improving the quality of life in others was to “fill their toolbox” with the essential knowledge, practical training, and valuable resources necessary to help them establish and maintain the quality of life they truly desire. Over the years, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, spanning from elementary school children to older adult populations. While the majority of my time is focused on working individually with clients, my experience also includes providing support through couples, family, and group therapy modalities.

TRAUMA.

Trauma has long been, and continues to be, my primary area of focus in clinical practice. The effects of traumatic experiences can be profound and often devastating - impacting every aspect of a person’s life. I incorporate treatment models that are evidence-based and approved by the American Psychological Association (APA) for the treatment of PTSD and complex trauma. I typically utilize TFCBT, EMDR, or CPT treatment models either alone or in conjunction with other evidence-based practices within the field of Psychology.

My practice operates under stringent guidelines; adhering to all ethical, legal and professional standards to protect my clients and to promote a safe, trustworthy environment that is conducive to healing.
